DUKAP Deutsche Unternehmenskapital GmbH is focused on providing refinancing and restructuring of equity and debt financing for large mid-sized corporations, real estate companies, real estate portfolios and project financing both nationwide and international. DUKAP arranges and structures complex transactions, e.g. club deals, syndicated and acquisition finance embedding both financial institutions, direct lenders and capital markets.

The partners are experienced bankers and management consultants with professional experience at senior management level in corporate finance, real estate, project finance, and securities and derivative business.

We analyze the financing structure for corporation, real estate portfolios and large project financing transactions. Based on this we structure the optimal capital structure and funds needed.

All partners have a long-standing track record in international well-known financial institutions or consulting companies and served in senior management positions. The partners are excellent experienced in corporate finance and capital markets business and complement each other in respect of their specialization and respective core competences.

Dukap has successfully completed numerous projects since its inception. Thereby confidentiality is of paramount importance. We trust you will understand that we do not publish names and transactions of our clients unless they choose to disclose such information themselves.
