Christian Lutz
Before joining DUKAP as a partner Christian Lutz was a director and member of the management committee at the Württemberg Mittelstandsbank of Commerzbank AG. He has successfully executed a multitude of corporate finance transactions and structured complex corporate finance solutions on an individual basis for over 15 years.
Restructuring and ensuring the liquidity of listed and medium-sized companies s comprised also his professional background with a veritable track record.
Due to his long-standing market presence especially in the southern region for German ‘Mittelstand’ he has a bulk of valuable contacts with banks, investors and enterprises.
The trained banker’s prior professional career included many years in the savings bank sector (Sparkasse) and in the Bavarian state bank (Bayerischen Landesbank). Christian Lutz holds a degree in business management and gained a MBA in management and finance.
